Pot and Pan Washing: Presoak in separate sink using 1 fl. oz. Clean Force Pot & Pan Detergent Pink per gallon (7.82 mL/L) of water. Submerge utensils in presoak solution until soil is softened.
Sink One-Wash:Use 5 fl. oz. Clean Force Pot & Pan Detergent Pink per 10 gallons (5.22 mL/L) of warm water (90°-110°F). Scrub pots and pans with a stiff bristled nylon brush or plastic pad. Remove baked on food soil with a dull scraper. When utensil is clean, let excess wash solution drain back into wash sink to prevent detergent carry-over into the rinse sink.
Sink Two- Rinse:Immerse pots and pans in clean water. Remove and let excess water run back into sink.
Sink Three- Sanitizing Rinse:Fill sink with warm water. Add Food Contact Quat Sanitizer solution, following label directions. Follow local health department regulations. Consult your Clean Force Specialist for specific use directions
