Uses/Solutions:

General detergent for use in restaurants, cafeterias, school lunchrooms, hospitals, etc.

Hand washing of pots, pans, dishware and utensils in a 3-compartment sink.

Effective Against/On:

Food soils, grease

Dishes and Glassware: Use 1 ounce in 6 gallons of hot water.

Pots and Pans: Use 1.6 ounces per 10 gallons of hot water. Add Clean Force Pot & Pan Concentrated Detergent to hot water and agitate to build up suds. Allow kitchenware to soak 1 to 5 minutes. Let the wetting, penetrating and suspending agents in Clean Force Pot & Pan Concentrated Detergent get the cleaning started before you lift a finger. Rinse with hot water, air dry
